Aiming to create the effective and simplified cooperation mechanism within the Convention between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation on elimination of double taxation and prevention of tax avoidance on the income and the capital from October 18, 1996 concerning recognition of official documents, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan offers the Government of the Russian Federation (further - the Parties) to determine the following.
1. The documents issued by authorized body of the state of one Party and sealed by its official are accepted in the territory of the state of other Party without any special certificate, including apostilization or consular legalization.
Such documents considered in the territory of the state of one Party as official use evidential force of official documents in the territory of the state of other Party. This procedure for recognition is applied to the official documents issued by authorized bodies of the states of the Parties since January 1, 2011.
2. Any disputes and disagreements on interpretation or application of provisions of this agreement are permitted by the Parties by consultations and negotiations.
3. This agreement is signed sine die and remains in force until one of the Parties does not stop its action.
