Bring in the Regulations on Bureau on coordination of fight against organized crime and other dangerous types of crimes in the territory of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States approved by the Decision of Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States of November 25, 2005 with changes and additions made by decisions of Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States of November 24, 2006 and on October 18, 2011, the following changes and amendments:
1.1. State Item 1.11 in the following edition: "According to the decision of Council of heads of states of the CIS and/or Council of CIS Heads of Government within the number of staff of BKBOP are created regional divisions of BKBOP (are liquidated)".
1.2. Add Section 1 with Items 1. 12, 1.13 following contents:
"1.12. The regional task force in the Central Asian region of BKBOP is the structural division of BKBOP created according to the Decision of Council of heads of states of the Commonwealth of Independent States of September 16, 2004 about creation as a part of BKBOP of structural division on coordination of fight against drug trafficking and precursors and its regional task force in the Central Asian region.
1.13. The location of Regional task force in the Central Asian region of BKBOP – the Republic of Tajikistan, the city of Dushanbe".
1.3. Consider Item 1.12 respectively Item 1.14.
