About modification, amendments and recognition voided some orders of the Government

Based on the Law No. 156-XIV of October 14, 1998 on the public pension system (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 247), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 1.

2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 2.

Changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 929 of August 15, 2006. "About approval of the Regulations on payment procedure of pensions in system of the national social insurance and the public social benefits" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 134-137, 1008), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

a) in the name, in dispositive part of the resolution and in the text of the Provision of the word to "system of the national social insurance" shall be replaced with words to "public pension system";

b) in the Provision:
