About cooperation in the field of youth policy
The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of youth and sport of the Republic of Moldova which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties
expressing intention to develop and consolidate common efforts on implementation of the state youth policy,
noting general interest in development of the international youth cooperation,
expressing aspiration to creating favorable conditions for development of youth cooperation as factor of preserving and deepening of friendship,
in view of the increasing role of youth at the present stage of development of society,
confirming desire to expand and enhance the international youth cooperation on the principles of equality and for this purpose to establish cooperation between the state bodies and other organizations participating in realization of the state youth policy
considering that the cooperation on creating favorable conditions on work with youth is designed to promote strengthening of mutual understanding and friendship between the people, to approval of universal values,
based on provisions of the Contract between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Moldova about cooperation in the field of youth policy of September 12, 1995,
agreed as follows:
The purpose of this agreement is development and strengthening of the cooperation of the Parties directed to civil and patriotic education of youth, assistance to forming of healthy lifestyle, civic consciousness forming, ensuring support of youth initiatives, realization of other joint projects within realization of youth policy of the states of the Parties.
The priority directions of cooperation of the Parties are:
civil and patriotic education of youth;
assistance to forming of healthy lifestyle;
support of creation and functioning of youth public associations;
disclosure of creative potential of youth;
organization of labor employment of youth;
