The governments of the State Parties of the Agreement on the approved development of the international transport corridors passing on the territories of the State Parties of the CIS of November 20, 2009 (further – the Agreement) which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Article 8 of the Agreement to state in the following edition:

"Coordination and information support of activities of competent authorities of the Parties and bodies of industry cooperation of the CIS for the purpose of ensuring the approved and complex development of MTK is performed by the Coordination transport meeting of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States".

Article 2

The this Protocol becomes effective from the date of receipt by depositary of the last written notice of accomplishment by the Parties of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force which signed it.

It is made in the city of Minsk on October 28, 2016 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed the this Protocol, its verified copy.
