Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 16, 1997 "About privatization of state-owned property" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1997, No. 10, Art. 160; 2002, No. 4, h 1, Art. 167; 2003, No. 12, Art. 699; 2009, No. 3, Art. 90; 2016, No. 7, Art. 630) following changes and amendments:
1. To write the name of the Law with capital letters.
2. State Articles 2 and 3 in the following edition:
"Article 2. Privatization of state-owned property Privatization of state-owned property - the activities for cession of property performed by the state, the state which is in property, in personal property of physical persons and legal entities according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Article 3. Legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on privatization of state-owned property
The legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on privatization of state-owned property is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and consists of this Law, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan.
Privatization of the state-owned property which is outside the Republic of Tajikistan is regulated by this Law if other is not provided by the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan.".
