Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 5, 2007 "About public service" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2007, No. 3, the Art. 166, No. 6, Art. 429; 2010, No. 3, Art. 158; 2011, No. 6, Art. 452; 2012, No. 8, Art. 834, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1008; 2013, No. 7, Art. 542, No. 12, Art. 905; 2014, No. 7, h 2, Art. 425; 201.5, No. 1.2, чЛ, Art. 1106; 2016, No. 3, Art. 156) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 16:

- state the second paragraph in the following edition:

"-availability of nationality of other state;";

- add with paragraphs the third and fourth the following content:

"-getting out of citizenship of the Republic of Tajikistan and acquisition of nationality of other state;

- if is pensioner of the Republic of Tajikistan or foreign state;".

2. Regarding the 2nd Article 18 of the word "Procedure for Carrying Out Tender and Its Types" shall be replaced with words "Rules of carrying out tender".

3. Regarding 1 Article 23:

- in paragraph three "foreign" to replace the word with the word of "another";

- add with the paragraph the fourth the following content:

"-receipts of pension of the Republic of Tajikistan or foreign state;".

4. To add part 1 of Article 28 with the paragraph the eleventh, the following content:

"-from the date of receipt of official information on the termination of citizenship of the Republic of Tajikistan or acquisition of nationality of other state to report the head of the state body having the right of position assignment and dismissal;".
