About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About periodicals and other mass media"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 19, 2013 "About periodicals and other mass media" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 3, Art. 201; 2016, No. 5, Art. 365) following changes and amendments:

1. Regarding 3rd Article 8 "several" to exclude the word.

2. In Article 11: - in part 8 of the word "and documentation" to exclude; - in part 9 of the word to "registration of means" shall be replaced with words "state registration of accounting of means".

3. In Article 11 (1):
