About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of February 5, 2013 No. 34

According to article 42 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations on Public institution "Fund of support of entrepreneurship under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of February 5, 2013, No. 34 "About Public institution "Fund of support of entrepreneurship under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan", the following changes and amendments:

- in Item 6 of the word "the state, Russian and English languages" shall be replaced with words "state language";

- to state the third paragraph of Item 9 in the following edition:

"-in English: State enterprise "Entrepreneurship support fund under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan", in a short form - SE "ESFGRT".";

- in Item 10 of the word "Prospekt Rudaki-44" shall be replaced with words "Ulitsa Tekhron, 21";

- to add Item 12 after the eighth paragraph with the following paragraphs:

"-participate in quality of the creditor and pawnbroker in execution of the agreement of pledge;

- request necessary information on subjects of entrepreneurship from other state bodies;

- demand from the borrower for the purpose of monitoring of the credit the additional documents connected with check;

- inspect the mortgage property provided by the subject of entrepreneurship, проводин the marketing analysis of the provided mortgage property, determine actual cost and market price of sale of mortgage property;
