The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia which hereinafter are referred to as further "Parties",

aiming to assist development of the friendly relations and cooperation in different industries between two states,

agreed about the following:

Article 1

The parties will regularly hold consultations on bilateral, regional and international issues which constitute mutual interest, for the purpose of achievement of bilateral arrangements and creation of the legal basis of cooperation between two states in various industries. The parties can create by mutual consent working groups for consideration of special questions that constitute interest.

Article 2

The parties during consultations, in particular, will exchange the relevant information concerning their domestic and foreign policy, line item on the main international and regional issues, including questions which concern the European safety and integration to the European structures.

Article 3

The parties will cooperate, will hold consultations and will perform exchange of information in the United Nations, NBSE and other international organizations and forums.

Article 4

Ministers of Foreign Affairs or representatives authorized by them will meet for carrying out consultations at least once a year, and also during the sessions of the United Nations General Assembly.

Level, the agenda, time and the venue of consultations will be determined by the mutual arrangement and according to the principle of priority.

Article 5

Diplomatic representations of the Parties will extend contacts and exchange of information in the third countries, the United Nations and other international organizations among themselves.
