1. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of August 28, 2003 No. 40 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of insurance activity", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 15, 2003 at No. 805/8126 (with changes);

2) the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of December 23, 2004 No. 3178 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 27, 2004 at No. 1654/10253 (with changes);
