Declare invalid the order of the State committee of statistics of Ukraine of October 26, 2009 No. 409 "About approval of the Accounting treatment for personal peasant economy by village, settlement and city councils", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 19, 2010 for No. 44/17339.

2. To department of statistics of agricultural industry and environment (Prokopenko A. N.) provide in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Chairman Ishchenko A. V.
