In the "Procedure for control of activities of judicial supervisors and legal executives" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 1, 2000 No. 80 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 5, Article 361; 2002, No. 5, Article 317, No. 10, Article 635; 2006, No. 3, Article 303, No. 10, Article 902; 2010, No. 11, Article 1040; 2016, No. 3, Article 603) in the Section "II. Check of activities of executive officials in connection with execution" to make the following changes:

1. in the first offer of part 3 words of "legal executive" shall be replaced with words "the executive official" and to replace figure "500" with figure "5000".
