The government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Armenia which further are referred to as with the Parties

realizing values and scales of migration between the Parties,

aiming at all-round development of cooperation in the field of labor activity and social protection of citizens in the territory of the Parties,

agreed about it:

Article 1

Operation of this Agreement extends to persons (workers hereinafter are referred to as further) and members of their families who are citizens or constantly live in the territory of one of the Parties (the Party of departure hereinafter is referred to as further) and perform the labor activity at the companies, in organizations and the organizations of all patterns of ownership (further hereinafter is referred to as employers) in the territory of other Party (the Party of employment hereinafter is referred to as further) according to its legislation.

Article 2

Bodies, authorized to represent the Parties to implementation of this Agreement (Authorized Bodies hereinafter are referred to as further), are:

from the Ukrainian Side - the Ministry of Labour of Ukraine;

from the Armenian Side - the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare of the Republic of Armenia.

Authorized bodies have the right to attract competent authorities of the Parties to permission of questions which follow from this Agreement.

All questions connected with accomplishment of this Agreement are solved by mutual consultations between Authorized Bodies of the Parties. For this purpose they can create bilateral working groups.

Article 3

Within this Agreement employees of one Party can perform labor activity in the territory of other Party on the basis:

1) the employment contract (contract) which is signed between the employer and the worker for certain term;
