About modification of the "Provision on patent agents" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 15, 2000 No. 21

Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

Make the following changes to the "Provision on patent agents" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 15, 2000 No. 21 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 2, Article 119; 2002, No. 3, Article 148; 2004, No. 3, Article 193; 2009, No. 1, Article 32, No. 9, Article 752; 2010, No. 3, Article 255; 2014, No. 5, Article 578, No. 12, Article 1661; 2016, No. 5, Article 961):

1. exclude from the third paragraph of Item 5.1 of the word "in the amount established by GKSMP" and in the specified paragraph of the word "legislations and normative" shall be replaced with words "normative and legal".

2. in the first paragraph of Item 6.1 of the word "certification, registration of attorneys" shall be replaced with words "certification of the candidate for poverennost as the patent agent".

3. exclude from the first paragraph of Item 6.2 of the word "and procedure for carrying out".

4. add Item 6.2 with the sixth and seventh paragraphs of the following content:

"If the candidate is not on certification without reasonable excuse and will not inform on it, he is considered not undergone certification. If the candidate does not participate in certification for reasonable excuse, the certifying commission fixes modern times for carrying out certification and the candidate is informed on it.
