Make the following changes to "The rule determining general terms of gas supply by gas-distributors", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 31, 1999 No. 87 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 5, Article 336; 2006, No. 9, Article 822; 2008, No. 5, Article 432; 2010, No. 1, Article 49):
1. give Item 3.2 in the following edition:
"3.2. Consumers of gas shall use the gas installations conforming to state standards, to conduct operation of gas installations, control of consumption of gas and its registration according to industry instructions.".
2. in Item 3.3 shall be replaced with words the word of "devices" "gas installations".
3. Add with Items 3.3-1 and 3.3-2 of the following content:
"3.3-1. For the purpose of ensuring safe and reliable operation of household gas appliances consumers of gas shall create conditions for carrying out technical inspection by plenipotentiaries of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Department of Energy of the Azerbaijan Republic of these devices, flues and gas distribution network at least once in six months.
3.3-2. Technical inspection of industrial gas devices of subjects of entrepreneurship is performed in the cases and procedure provided by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On regulation performed in the field of entrepreneurships and protection of interests of entrepreneurs".
