in view of favorable development of bilateral trade and economic relations,

being guided by aspiration to further development of automobile communication between both countries, and also transit across their territory,

agreed about below-provided:

Article 1 Determination of Terms

It is necessary to understand as "carrier" physical persons or legal entities of both states which own permission to perform the international freight and passenger traffic by road transport according to the legislation of both states.

It is necessary to understand the vehicle as "vehicle":

intended for implementation cargo (including trail cars or semitrailer trucks) and passenger traffic;

registered in the territory of the Republic of Belarus or Ukraine.

According to provisions of this agreement carriers are granted the right to perform freight or passenger traffic by road transport between two Contractual Parties, and also transit across their territories from third and to the third countries.

Article 2

Regular transportations of passengers by buses will be organized in consent between competent authorities of the Parties.

Proposals on the organization of such transportations are beforehand submitted each other by competent authorities of the Parties. These offers shall comprise data relatively: names of carrier (firm), route of passing, the schedule of movement, rate, stop Items on which the carrier will perform landing and disembarkation of passengers, and also the expected period of accomplishment of transportations.
