Make the following changes to "Procedure for pretrip check of technical condition of the vehicles which are at the disposal of the carriers transporting passengers and loads road transport, performing pretrip medical examination of drivers", No. 71 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 24, 2009 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2009, No. 4, Article 288):
1. give Items 1.2 and 2.7 in the following edition:
"1.2. Provisions of this Procedure are applied to the legal entities and business owners performing regular and irregular transportations of passengers, the international and internal cargo transportation by road transport, including transportation of passengers by cars of taxi for commercial purposes.
2.7. The registration form of results of pretrip check of technical condition of vehicles is kept in the "Magazine of pretrip check of vehicles" established by the Ministry of transport, communication, and high technologies of the Azerbaijan Republic.".
