1. Make changes to Item 5 of appendix to the order of Federal Tariff Service of November 29, 2012 No. 315-e/3 "About the prices (rates) for electrical energy (capacity) delivered in not price zones of the wholesale market" (registration No. 26053) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on December 10, 2012, having replaced words of Vorkuta Combined Heat and Power Plants Ltd with words of Vorkuta Combined Heat and Power Plants LLC.

2. - in Item 3 appendices of the word "the Kirishi combined heat and power plant 19 PGU-800, PDM" shall be replaced with words "the Kirishi state district power plant 19 PGU-800, PDM";

- in Item 32 appendices of the word of JSC Nazarovsky Combined Heat and Power Plant shall be replaced with words JSC Nazarovsky State District Power Plant;

- in Item 59

appendices of the word of Biyskenergo LLC shall be replaced with words JSC Biyskenergo.

3. Bring in appendix to the order of Federal Tariff Service of December 20, 2012 No. 891-e "About price approval (rates) for the electrical energy for 2013 delivered in the conditions of restriction or lack of the competition in case of introduction of state regulation" (registration No. 26516) the following changes is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on December 29, 2012:

- in Item 3 appendices of the word "The Kirishi state district power plant - 19 - PGU 500, new input, the PDM" shall be replaced with words "The Kirishi state district power plant - 19 - PGU 800, new input, the PDM";

- in Item 40 of appendix of the word of JSC Novosibirskenergo shall be replaced with words JSC SIBECO;

- add appendix with Item of 71 following contents:
