Some questions of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state block of shares:

1) joint-stock company "National prospecting company "Kazgeologiya" to the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) "Scientific Center of Anti-infectious Medicines" joint-stock company to Committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To provide to the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan taking measures, following from this resolution.

3. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
