About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 25, 2011 No. 559 and of October 21, 2015 No. 835

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 25, 2011 No. 559 "About the town-planning inventory" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 41, Art. 1673; 2012, No. 77, Art. 3120; 2013, No. 41, Art. 1477, No. 63, Art. 2277; 2015, No. 46, the Art. 1472) and of October 21, 2015 No. 835 "About approval of the Regulations on the data sets which are subject to publication in the form of open data" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 85, the Art. 2850) changes which are applied.

2. To provide to the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing within six months from the date of entry into force of this resolution promulgation on the official site of data on town-planning documentation and to approve requirements to structure and format of the publication of such data by authorized bodies of town planning and architecture of all levels.
