About entering of amendment into article 23 of the Law on provision of pensions of the military personnel and persons of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies No. 1544/1993

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – Article 23 of the Law on provision of pensions of the military personnel and persons of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies No. 1544/1993 (repeated publication: 2010, Art. No. 247-251, 752), with subsequent changes and amendments to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item and-1) the following content:

"and-1) to persons with heavy restriction of opportunities owing to participation in fighting in Afghanistan and owing to participation in fighting on protection of territorial integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova from among the military personnel of conscription service – 3500 lei, with the expressed restriction of opportunities – 2500 lei, with average restriction of opportunities – 1500 lei;".

Art. II. – The size of the pensions established for the categories specified in Item and-1) article 23 of the Law on provision of pensions of the military personnel and faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies No. 1544/1993, is recalculated in accordance with the terms, provided by this law, since March 1, 2017.
