1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of July 10, 2008 No. 846 "About approval of the Procedure for registration, issue, accounting and the reporting of international certificates of weighing of cargo vehicles and control of their use", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 23, 2008 for No. 889/15580.

2. To provide to the state inspectorate of Ukraine for safety on the land transport:

submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister Shulmeyster V. Yu.
