According to article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case", to the Fund charter of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine, the paragraph to the fifth Item 6 of the Section XI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law Fonda decides board:
1. Declare invalid the resolution of board of Fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on unemployment case of July 24, 2008 No. 59 "About approval of the Procedure for selection of educational institutions for the organization of professional training, retraining or advanced training of the unemployed by fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on unemployment case", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 9, 2008 at No. 818/15509.
2. Provide to the state jobcenter submission of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
