About modification of some regulations

In pursuance of the item 4) and 34) h. (2) Art. 133 of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (переопубликован in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2007, special release) and provisions of the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 50 of March 15, 2017. I order:

1. In the Order GGNS on features of administration of provisions of Article 90-1 of part (3-4) Tax codes No. 693 of December 26, 2007 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 1-4, 4) to make the following changes:

– in item 4 of Methodological recommendations of features of administration of provisions of Article 90-1 part (figure of "5%" to replace 3-4) Tax codes (appendix No. 1 to the order) with figure of "7%";

– in the announcement (appendix No. 2 to the order) of the word "5 percent" to replace with figure of "7%".

2. In the Order GNS on procedure for issue of standard forms of source documents of the strict reporting No. 13 of April 4, 2017 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 119-126, 815) to make the following changes:

– in Regulations on procedure for issue of standard forms of source documents of the strict reporting (appendix to the order) to exclude:

a) in item 1 of the word "and/or to owners of entrepreneurial patents";

b) in item 3 of the word "and owners of entrepreneurial patents";

– in all text of the Provision of the word "professional activity in the field of justice" shall be replaced with words "independent activities".

3. To head department of methodology of taxes and fees to bring this order to the attention of all autonomous and territorial subdivisions and to provide publication of this order in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
