(4) Art. 148 of the Tax code, the Law No. 281 of December 16, 2016 on modification and amendments in some legal acts and according to Art. 132-2 of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997, and also in view of that since April 1, 2017 the State Tax Administration is created by reorganization of the Main state tax authorities and absorption in it territorial state tax authorities I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on official IDs of staff of the State Tax Administration of the Republic of Moldova according to appendix to this order.

2. To management of management of personnel to send this order and provision for publication to Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova and for acquaintance and management to all employees of the State Tax Administration and the administrator of the state company "Fiscservinform".

3. Declare invalid the Order of the Main state tax authorities No. 682 of August 12, 2015.
