2. Determine that the expenses connected with enforcement of this resolution become covered at the expense of the means provided in budgets of organizations for the corresponding year.

Changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 650 of June 12, 2006. "About compensation of the military personnel, the private and the commanding structure of bodies of national defense, state security, public order and law enforcement agencies" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 91-94, 692), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

To add 1) with Items 9-1 and 25 of the following content:

"9-1. To the officers on criminal prosecution recalled to specialized prosecutor's offices the monthly base pay in the amount of two average monthly salaries on economy in prior year is established. If the salary provided for position to which the officer of criminal prosecution is recalled is less than that which he received on the previous position remains the salary established for the main position.";
