The agreement on cooperation between the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus

Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, further "Parties",

recognizing importance of cooperation between the Ministries of Justice of two countries,

considering positive experience of scientific, technical and cultural cooperation between two states, and also integration processes which happen between two states,

for the purpose of further fixing of mutual understanding and friendly cooperation between the Belarusian and Ukrainian lawyers,

agreed about the following:

Article 1

The parties will perform cooperation in the following directions:

1. the organization of bilateral symposiums, conference and seminars on different problems of jurisprudence and practice;

2. exchange of information about the legislation and legal structures;

3. exchange of delegations for more complete acquaintance with the organization and activities of bodies and organizations of justice of both Parties;

4. assistance in case of preparation of legal personnel of mutual exchange of specialists;

5. establishment of partner bonds between bodies and organizations of justice of both Parties;

6. creation on a parity basis groups of specialists for legal examination of bills;

7. implementation of exchange of specialists in the field of informatization of national systems of justice.

Article 2

Within this Agreement of the Party can create the commissions on development of general programs and enhancement of the legislation in the field of the relations of property, investment, and other approved subject which has mutual interest.

Article 3

The parties will exchange more important achievements in the field of bill activities, and also to exchange experiment on questions of the problem resolution of reduction of the national legal system according to regulations and standards of the Council of Europe.
