About entering of amendments and changes into some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning enforcement proceeding

In pursuance of paragraph two of article 134 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2016 "About enforcement proceeding" and paragraph two of article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2016 "About legal executives" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 12, 2002 No. 1092 "About the list of types of earnings and (or) other income from which advance payment of maintenance on content of minor children" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 94, 5/10959 is made; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 12.09. 2013, 5/37785; 05:03. 2014, 5/38492):

in Item 2:

add paragraph two with the words "and compulsory insurance premiums in the budget of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus";
