About establishment of payment for registration of right to claim on obligation fulfillment (under the agreement) concerning personal estate
For the purpose of implementation of article 21-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About pledge", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Establish payment:
- for registration of right to claim on obligation fulfillment (under the agreement) concerning personal estate, introduction of record about change and record about the termination of right to claim on obligation fulfillment (under the agreement) concerning personal estate in the mortgage notification in the amount of 200 som;
- for issue of the statement from the Unified State Register of Rights of the requirement of personal estate in the amount of 100 som.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 12.06.2018 No. 282
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
