Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public procurements" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2015, No. 4, the Art. 327) the following change:
to add part 4 of Article 21 with Item 12 of the following content:
"12) purchases of goods, works and services by local government bodies for ensuring the activities to one million som within one year.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
