About modification of Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2010 No. 1172 "About approval of Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the organization of functioning of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 14, Art. 1916; 2013, No. 23, Art. 2909; 2015, No. 9, Art. 1324; No. 46, Art. 6394; 2016, No. 26, Art. 4067; No. 49, Art. 6928; 2017, No. 11, Art. 1558; No. 16, Art. 2426).

Changes which are made to Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity

1. To state the subitem 14 of item 4 in the following edition:

"14) trade in the capacity made by the qualified generating objects functioning on the basis of use of renewable energy resources, based on the purchase and sale agreements (delivery) of capacity signed according to Items 214 and 263 of these rules, according to the procedure, established by the Treaty of Accession to trade system of the wholesale market (further - agreements on provision of capacity of the qualified generating objects functioning on the basis of use of renewable energy resources).".
