development of concepts, the comprehensive, target, industry and territorial programs aimed at providing the dynamic and balanced social and economic development of the country for the short-term, medium-term and long-term periods, growth in prosperity and the solution of pressing problems of the population, with carrying out deep complex calculations of the expected macroeconomic target results and social and economic effects of the proposed solutions taking into account situation in the world markets and long-term perspectives of development of global economy;
