About modification of the Customs code of the Azerbaijan Republic

Article 1

Text of Article 334 of the Customs code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2011, No. 9, Article 787; 2014, No. 10, Article 1155, No. 11, Article 1368; 2016, No. 11, Article 1791; To state the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 1, 2017 to No. 517-VQD) in the following edition:

"The means received from sales of goods and vehicles transferred to state-owned property based on judgments on cases on the crimes revealed by customs authorities in the field of customs affairs and on administrative offenses against customs rules the penalties and customs payments provided by Articles 224.1.5 and 224.1.6 of this Code are transferred into accounts of relevant organs of the executive authority and carrying out research works, researches in connection with use of instruments of customs regulation, studying of the new methods and methods accepted in the international practice are spent for strengthening of social protection of employees of relevant organs of the executive authority, including for strengthening of material and social base of the customs authorities, structures subordinated to relevant organ of the executive authority, and also for increase in scientific and technical potential in the field of customs affairs. The procedure for distribution and use of these means is established by relevant organ of the executive authority.".

Article 2

This Law becomes effective since May 1, 2017.
