About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About lotteries"

2. Add with Article 8-1 of the following content:

"Article 8-1. Advertizing of lotteries

8-1.1. The organizer of lottery acts as the customer of advertizing of lottery. Advertizing can be placed on lottery tickets (other data carriers equated to them).

8-1.2. The name of person who won in lottery cannot be opened in advertizing without its written consent.

8-1.3. When advertizing lotteries it is forbidden:

8-1.3.1. address to minors;

8-1.3.2. opinion creation that participation in lottery is means of gain of the authority on society;

8-1.3.3. provision of a guarantee on income acquisition in lottery;

8-1.3.4. discredit of persons who are not participating in lottery.

8-1.4. Advertizing of lottery can be placed on advertizing carriers in telecommunication means, mass media, on vehicles, open space. Advertizing of lotteries on open space is placed on the advertizing carriers located at distance at least 100 meters from child care and educational institutions.

8-1.5. Shall be reflected in advertizing of the stimulating lotteries, or carrying out conditions, time and term, prize fund of this lottery, the place and time of issue of prizes, conditions of their obtaining, the information about the organizer of lottery are sounded.
