1.1. Under Article 1:

1.1.1. to state Item 32 of the first part in the following edition:

"32) the parking - the parking of the vehicle in places of the parking.";

1.1.2. add with Item 32-1 of the following content:

"32-1) place of the parking - the place on the carriageway of the highway or in the territory, adjacent to it, within settlements, allocated for the parking of vehicles, designated and equipped according to the procedure, established by this Law;".

1.2. State Article 53 in the following edition:
