About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About tobacco and tobacco products"

2. State Article 20.2 in the following edition:

"20.2. Advertizing of tobacco, tobacco products and their accessories, including mouthpieces, hookahs, electronic cigarettes, cigarette paper, lighters is forbidden.".

3. Add with Article 20.3 of the following content:

"20.3. Persons who are engaged in production and (or) sale of tobacco and tobacco products cannot act as sponsors according to articles 13.4 and 28 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About advertizing".".
