For the purpose of increase in efficiency of accounting of the passengers using travel privileges by rail, and for determination of the amount of compensation payments from the budget to the state company "Calea Ferata din Moldova" on compensation of the loss of income in connection with transportations of the specified categories of passengers the Government of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:

1. Approve the Accounting treatment for the passengers using travel privileges by rail it (is applied).

2. Oblige the state company "Calea Ferata din Moldova" to perform at stations, stations and in trains necessary informing citizens on the travel privileges operating in the Republic of Moldova by rail, providing to persons using the corresponding privileges, issue of tickets not only in cash desks of stations and stations but also traveling ticket clerks.

3. To the Ministry of Finance to compensate to the state company "Calea Ferata din Moldova" the loss of income in connection with transportations of the passengers using the travel privileges by rail established according to the procedure, approved by this resolution.
