About approval of the Regulations on the organization of activities for accounting and systematization of legal acts

In pursuance of the Law N1325-XIII of September 25, 1997. "About approval of the All-legal qualifier of the legislation" the Government of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on the organization of activities for accounting and systematization of legal acts it (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Justice:

render to the interested bodies, at their request, the organizational and methodical help in systematization of the legislation based on the All-legal qualifier of the legislation;

together with the Ministry of Transport and Communications to give organizational and practical help in introduction of the processed information in computer systems.

3. To make financing of the expenses connected with implementation of the All-legal qualifier of the legislation from fund, intended for the strengthening of material and technical resources of degrees of jurisdiction formed at the expense of the amounts of the penalties imposed by degrees of jurisdiction on administrative and criminal cases.

Regulations on the organization of activities for accounting and systematization of legal acts
