1. Declare invalid the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of March 10, 2009 No. 10-1 "About approval of the Procedure for voluntary participation in solidary system of obligatory national pension insurance of citizens of Ukraine who work outside Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 6, 2009 at No. 313/16329.
2. To legal management (Ryabtseva T. B.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice chairman of the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine Nikitenko V. S.
