According to Item 7, Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation on depositary system the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED 38 parts two of Article:
the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of April 13, 2000 No. 40 "About approval of Regulations and rules of accounting of securities in National depositary system", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 15, 2000 No. 616/4837 (with changes);
the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of May 12, 2009 No. 450 "About approval of the Regulations on requirements to bank which provides to depositary services for implementation of cash agreement settlements concerning securities, and the Standard agreement about cash calculations for transactions with securities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 27, 2009 at No. 697/16713.
2. To provide to department of regulation of depository and clearing activity (I. Kurochkin) submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. (A. Zbarazhskaya) to provide to management of internal audit and communications publication of this decision in the official printing publication of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
4. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
