1. Bring in Requirements to the objects and rooms intended for implementation of activities for drug trafficking, psychotropic substances, precursors and storage of such means and substances withdrawn from illicit trafficking, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of May 15, 2009 216, No. 759/16775, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 12, 2009 such changes:

1.1. In Items 1.1 and 1.3 of the Section I of the word "Customs Service" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine".

1.2. In the Section II:

1) in Item 2.1:

subitem 2.1.3 in paragraph one "drugstores" and words and figures "the rooms used in drugstores for the purpose of production of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors of the list 1 of the table IV of the List" to exclude the word;

the paragraph one of subitem 2.1.4 after words and figures "the list 1 of the table IV of the List in" to add with the word "drugstores";
