Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of   June 1, 2004 No. 260 (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 23, the Art. 2313):

a)  to state the name of the subsection "Features of Preparation of the Federal Law Draft about the Federal Budget" of the Section VI in the following edition:

"Features of preparation of the federal law draft about the federal budget (about introduction of amendments to the Federal Law on the federal budget)";

b) in Item 88:

the paragraph one after the words "for the next financial year" to add with the words "and planning period (about introduction of amendments to the Federal Law on the federal budget the current financial year and planning period)";

declare paragraph two invalid;

in paragraph three:

after the words "about the federal budget" to add with words "(about introduction of amendments to the Federal Law on the federal budget)";

exclude the words "in the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation for representation";

c) in Item 89 of the word "20 days" shall be replaced with words "15 days";
