About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 2, 2014 No. 762 "About approval of forms, Rules and terms of forming of the register of requirements of creditors"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 2, 2014 No. 762 "About approval of forms, Rules and terms of forming of the register of requirements of creditors" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2014, No. 45, the Art. 442) the following changes and amendments:
1) the form of the register of requirements of creditors in the rehabilitation procedure approved by the specified resolution to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this resolution;
2) in Rules and terms of forming of the register of requirements of the creditors approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. These rules and terms of forming of the register of requirements of creditors (further - Rules) are developed according to Item 7 of Article 72 and the subitem 5) of Item 3 of article 88 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 7, 2014 "About rehabilitation and bankruptcy" (further – the Law) and determine procedure for forming of the register of requirements of creditors (further - the register) the temporary administrator in case of application of the rehabilitation procedure and the interim manager in case of initiation of proceedings about bankruptcy.
According to the subitem 5) of Item 2 of Article 71 and the subitem 9) of Item 2 of article 89 of the Law maintaining the register is performed by the rehabilitation managing director when holding rehabilitation procedure and to the bankrupt managing director when carrying out insolvency proceeding.";
