1. Medical rehabilitation of persons which were injured from the act of terrorism is performed by the organizations of health care within the guaranteed amount of free medical care according to the Rules of recovery treatment and medical rehabilitation, including children's medical rehabilitation approved by authorized body in the field of health care.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
