1) in Article 93:
a) add part 1 with Item 50 of the following content:
"50) implementation of purchase of transport services and the additional services connected with their providing in case of need accomplishment of military transportations (railway, sea, river, air and automobile) in case of threat of military safety of the Russian Federation and (or) for ensuring participation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops in transactions on maintenance or recovery of international peace and safety outside the Russian Federation according to the conventional principles and rules of international law and international treaties of the Russian Federation according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation.";
b) regarding 2 words "Items 6, 9 and 34" shall be replaced with words "Items 6, of 9, 34 and 50";
c) to add part 3 after figures "47 - 48" with figures ", 50";
