Article 1

To add 2) with part five of the following content:

"5. Meetings of the deputy of the State Duma with voters for the purpose of informing on the activities are held within the territory, to the determined this deputy of the State Duma according to part one of this Article.";

"6. Meetings of the deputy of the State Duma with voters are held in rooms, specially allotted places, and also in the intra domestic territories provided that their carrying out will not entail violation of functioning of critical infrastructure, transport or social infrastructure, communication.
