1) in Item 5 of part 2 of Article 1:
a) in paragraph one to exclude the word "them";
b) add with the subitem "v" of the following content:
"c) without attraction of financial resources of the relevant budgets of budget system of the Russian Federation state, the municipal unitary enterprises which are the pharmaceutical organizations;";
Article 8 to add 2) with parts 12 and 13 of the following content:
"12. Till September 1, 2017 state, the municipal unitary enterprises which are the pharmaceutical organizations, having the right to change and approve regulations on purchase and the plan of purchase for implementation of the purchases provided by the subitem "v" of Item 5 of part 2 of article 1 of this Federal Law in 2017.
13. State, the municipal unitary enterprises which are the pharmaceutical organizations having the right to conduct procurement according to this Federal Law after placement of regulations on purchase and the plan of purchase in unified information system.".
