The state members of the Eurasian Economic Union on behalf of the governments which further are referred to as with state members

based on the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014,

wishing to promote development of the balanced mutually beneficial relations in different areas of cooperation,

aiming to create favorable conditions for effective functioning of the Eurasian Economic Union (further – the Union),

agreed as follows:

Article 1

For the purposes of this agreement the following concepts are used:

"internal transit" – import (export) of office and (or) civil weapon to the territory of one state member from the territory of other state member through the territory of the third state member, and also import (export) of office and (or) civil weapon from part of the territory of one state member on other part of its territory through the territory of other state member;

"applicant" – the legal entity or physical person including registered as the individual entrepreneur, who filed petition for receipt of the allowing document;

"competent authority" – the body of state member authorized on issue of allowing documents according to the legislation of this state;

"movement" – import (export) of office and (or) civil weapon to the territory of one state member from the territory of other state member;

"the allowing document" – the document confirming the right to movement and the internal transit of office and (or) civil weapon issued by competent authority of state member according to the legislation of this state;

"office and (or) civil weapon" – office and (or) civil weapon, its main (compound) parts and cartridges to it, and also the weapon having cultural value according to the legislation of state members, specified in Sections 1.6 and 2.22 of the single inventory to which the measures of non-tariff regulation in trade with the third countries which are on registration accounting in one of state members are applied.
