In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 7, 2017, and also for the purpose of further enhancement of mechanisms of liquidation of the companies which are not performing financial and economic activities and did not create the authorized funds in the terms established by the legislation, the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. UP-4947 "About the Strategy of Actions for Further Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan":
1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for liquidation of the companies which are not performing financial and economic activities and did not create the authorized funds in the terms established by the legislation, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 3, 1999 No. 327 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1999, No. 7, the Art. 35), changes and amendment according to appendix.
2. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
